PitPilot's current prototype architecture supports K-type thermocouple inputs and is being tested with selected Bluetooth probe families. Exact model compatibility will be published only after validation on production-equivalent hardware.

PitPilot began as a practical answer to a simple problem: great barbecue needs attention, but the cook should not have to spend the entire cook staring at a timer. We are now refining the prototype and testing the firmware and hardware before making production claims.
